Product Description

Incoloy800H/NS112A/UNS N08810/1.4876 Nut For Nuclear Power Plants Corrosion-Resistant High Temperature Alloy Nut For Heat Exchangers

Incoloy 800H nuts are high-performance fasteners made from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant applications. With enhanced creep and rupture strength due to its controlled carbon content (0.05–0.10%), Incoloy 800H is ideal for use in heat exchangers, furnace components, power plants, and petrochemical processing. The alloy offers excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at elevated temperatures up to 1100°C (2012°F). It also maintains structural stability and resists stress corrosion cracking in acidic and chloride-rich environments. These nuts conform to ASTM B408 and DIN 1.4876 standards, ensuring reliable mechanical properties. Commonly used in demanding industrial applications, Incoloy 800H nuts provide long service life and superior performance in harsh conditions.
