Product Description

PTC Ni-Fe Alloy Wire NF15 High-Temperature and Excellent Mechanical Properties for Superior Performance, Resistivity 0.15

The product exhibits a resistivity of 0.15 at a temperature of 20°C, with a tolerance range of ±0.02.

PTC Ni-Fe Alloy Ni75-85, also known as Alloy 75 or N06075, is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with added titanium. It is characterized by excellent resistance to oxidizing atmospheres up to 1100°C and good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 1000°C. This alloy is known for its high-temperature low-creep performance and is strengthened by additives like titanium and aluminum.

Chemically, it comprises the remainder as nickel, with 18-21% chromium, up to 5% iron, and 0.2-0.6% titanium, among other elements. Physically, it has a density of 8.2 g/cm³, a specific heat capacity of 420 J/kg K, and a thermal conductivity of 13 W/m K. Mechanically, it exhibits a 0.2% yield strength of at least 235 N/mm², a tensile strength of at least 640 N/mm², and an elongation of at least 26%.

The alloy is readily fabricable and weldable, with applications in extruded sections, hexagon flats, pipes, plates, strips, and wires. It is commonly used in high-temperature applications due to its corrosion resistance and heat resistance, making it suitable for use in turbine blades and other demanding environments.
